What is oin?
oin turns your story into a small custom 2D pixel-art video game that you give as a gift. The main character is drawn from a photo you send, the letters you write appear inside the game, and a 5-question quiz about your relationship is built into the levels.
What is included in the game?
A main character drawn from your photo, two personal letters shown in-game, a custom 5-question quiz, a final level set in Almaty or Astana, 4 included NPC characters (Gojo, Jennie, Qairat Nurtas, Qasym-Jomart Toqayev) with 2 free replacements, and a download link for Windows, macOS and Linux. How much does a personalised video game gift cost?
The game costs $50 as a single one-time payment - no subscription and no recurring charges. Your first 2 NPC replacements are free; every additional NPC after that is $5. Local prices for each region are listed on the pricing page.
How long does it take to make?
Normally 3-7 days after your payment is confirmed. If you need it for a specific date, tell us when you order and we will plan the build around it.
How do I order a custom game?
Fill in the form on the site: the character photo and name, your two letters, 5 quiz questions and a contact email. We confirm the details and email you a secure Paddle payment link. Once payment goes through we build the game and send you the download link.
What kind of photo should I send?
A full-body photo with good lighting, where the face and clothes are clearly visible, gives the best character. The file has to be under 5 MB and can be JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC.
What devices does the game run on?
The game is delivered as a desktop build for Windows, macOS and Linux. There is nothing to install - you download it and run it. There is no mobile or console version.
Can I choose the characters in the game?
Yes. Four NPCs come with the game and 2 of them can be swapped for free - put a friend, a family member or a favourite character in their place instead. Further replacements and extra NPCs are $5 each. You list the names in the order form and we ask for their photos afterwards.
What occasions is it a good gift for?
Birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day, graduations or simply a day that matters to you. Because the letters and the quiz are written entirely by you, the game fits whatever the occasion is.
How does payment work and is it safe?
Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. You receive a secure payment link by email and we never see or store your card details. Any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country is calculated by Paddle and shown before you confirm.
Can I get a refund?
Because every game is made to order, we do not refund once work has started. If we made the mistake, though, we fix it and re-deliver the game at no extra cost. The details are in our refund policy.
What happens to my photo and letters?
They are used only to build your game. We do not sell them and we do not use your personal details in advertising. How long we keep them and how deletion works is described in our privacy policy.
