Is oingift.com legit? Payment, delivery and refunds explained
Updated: · Disclosure: oin is our own product.
Yes. oin (oingift.com) sells a personalized 2D pixel game through a secure checkout run by Polar, the Merchant of Record, so oin never sees your card. The game is usually emailed within an hour, and failed generations are refunded automatically. Sales are final once delivery starts, with refunds if the game cannot be generated or delivered, if you are charged twice or if it is faulty and cannot be fixed.
Who takes your money
When you pay on oingift.com you are sent to a checkout hosted by Polar. Polar is the Merchant of Record and the contractual seller: it processes the payment, calculates any sales tax or VAT and shows it before you confirm, and appears on your statement. oin never sees or stores your card details.
What you pay
It costs $29.90 as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Prices are regional, so you see the price for your country before checkout. The current prices are on the pricing page.
How and when it arrives
After payment the game is generated automatically from what you filled in, then emailed to you, usually within an hour. You get a private game link that stays available for one year and a downloadable copy. There is no parcel, so there are no shipping fees, customs or delivery windows.
What happens if something goes wrong
- If generation fails, the payment is refunded automatically.
- If the email has not arrived, check spam, then write to oingift@gmail.com with your order number.
- If you are charged twice, or the game is faulty and cannot be fixed, you get a full refund.
When refunds apply
All sales are final once delivery starts, so a change of mind is not refunded. You still get a full refund if the game cannot be generated or delivered, if you are charged twice, or if the game is faulty and cannot be fixed. Email oingift@gmail.com with your order number. The full terms are on the refund policy page.
What happens to your photos and letters
They are used only to build your game. oin does not sell them and does not use your personal details in advertising. Every photo must be one you are authorized to use, and every identifiable person in it must agree to being included.
What oin is not
It is not a console or app-store game, and it does not need an install. It is not a subscription. It does not feature celebrities or licensed characters - only the people you choose, with their consent. And the only final level available today is set in Almaty; New York and Tokyo are coming soon.
What is oingift.com?
oingift.com is the website of oin, which makes a personalized 2D pixel game as a gift. The recipient is the main character, generated from an authorized photo, and the game includes your two letters and a 5-question quiz.
How does it work?
You fill in a form with a photo, two letters and five quiz questions, then pay once. The game is generated automatically and usually emailed within an hour as a private browser link plus a downloadable copy. The step-by-step version is in the FAQ.
Is it safe to pay and are there refunds?
Yes. Payment runs through a secure Polar checkout and Polar is the Merchant of Record, so oin never sees your card. All sales are final once delivery starts, but you get a full refund if the game cannot be generated or delivered, if you are charged twice, or if it is faulty and cannot be fixed. Email oingift@gmail.com with your order number.
Which final levels does oin have?
Almaty, Kazakhstan is the final level you can play today. New York and Tokyo final levels are coming soon and cannot be chosen yet.
