Shopping for your brother in Los Angeles
In Los Angeles, gift shoppers head to Melrose Avenue, Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice, The Grove and the Los Angeles Flower District downtown.
Distances are long, so plan the trip or order for delivery rather than driving between several shops, and allow for traffic at rush hour.
Buying for your brother
Gifts for a brother can be playful and affectionate. Choose something he would use and something that makes him laugh.
Add a note that mentions a memory.
If you are shopping at the last minute
Shipping deadlines matter in December, but digital gifts do not. Spa vouchers, flowers and a personalized game arrive fast, and an oin game is usually emailed within an hour of payment.
Wrap something small to open on the day itself. A game or letter can sit under the tree as a card even though it is a digital gift.
A gift that does not depend on Los Angeles
Shops in Los Angeles cannot sell this one: a pixel game with him as the hero, two letters from you and a quiz about your shared memories. It is emailed, usually within an hour. The final level is set in Almaty today, with New York and Tokyo coming soon.
